Tasks
- Handling Shipments (Domestic and International)
- Document Processing for International Export and Import Transactions
- Ensuring that operational and logistical processes are carried out on time and to a high standard
- Creating Preference Calculations and Intrastat Declarations
- International communication with customers, subsidiaries, and freight forwarders
requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the field of exports is desirable
- Completed commercial training
- Enjoy working at the intersection of shipping/customs and logistics/project management
- Working independently and in an organized manner in project-based work
- Excellent German and good English skills are required
- Flexibility, strong communication skills, and team spirit
- Experience with MS Office applications and ERP systems is required
