Tasks

• Processing of ongoing financial accounting
• Verification, account assignment, and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Preparation and Processing of Payments
• Assistance with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Processing of collection procedures and monitoring of open items
• Ensuring that accounting is conducted properly and on time

requirements

• Completed business training, ideally with additional training in accounting
• Initial professional experience in financial accounting 
• Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with accounting software
• A knack for numbers and a good understanding of accounting concepts
• Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and discretion
