Tasks

• Handling day-to-day financial accounting, including auditing, posting entries, and reconciling accounts
• Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Assistance with advance sales tax returns, tax returns, and tax audits
• Preparation and management of financing arrangements, as well as monitoring of payment schedules and deadlines
• Management of commercial contracts and monitoring of contract terms and notice periods
• Processing customs-related transactions and reviewing the required documentation
• Preparing reports and statistics, analyzing key performance indicators, and contributing to planning and digitalization projects

requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Training as a certified accountant (m/f/d) or a degree with a focus on accounting/controlling is a plus
• Extensive experience in financial accounting
• Strong SAP skills, ideally in S/4HANA
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
