Tasks

• Handling all customer inquiries by phone (inbound and outbound) and providing customer service from the office
• Order Entry, Monitoring of Order Processing
• Support for the Field Sales Team
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by quickly identifying expectations
• Assessing and prioritizing customer concerns and forwarding them to the appropriate department

requirements

• Completed business training is a plus
• Customers and a Service-Oriented Approach
• Communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and experience using the Kumavision software are a plus
• Ability to work in a team and reliability
