Production Worker (m/f/d) via Direct Placement

Job description

We are seeking several production workers (m/f/d) for our client in Neckarbischofsheim through direct placement.

You will work in small teams on frequency-generating components, using some of the most advanced production technologies, and report to the production manager for assembly manufacturing.

Tasks

• Performing work in accordance with work instructions and inspection requirements
• Machine Operation (Loading oscillators, setting up machines and equipment)
• Transferring Orders Within the Inventory Management Software
• Assembly and Soldering of Electronic Components Using the SMD Method (Manual)
• Visual inspection and rework of solder joints in accordance with IPC standards

requirements

• Preferably training or relevant experience in the field of electronics or precision engineering
• We also welcome applications from candidates without relevant experience in the field of electronics
• Safe and precise manual soldering of SMD and THT components under a microscope
• Experience with various soldering techniques (e.g., spot soldering, drag soldering, rework)
• Using Desoldering Tools (e.g., desoldering pump, desoldering braid, hot-air station)
• Rework and repair of defective solder joints and assemblies
• Identifying and Correcting Soldering Defects Such as Tombstoning, Short Circuits, and Cold Solder Joints
• Willingness to work shifts
• Precise Work Execution
• Interest in technical topics
• A good understanding of technical processes
• Basic PC skills
• Good written and spoken German
