Tasks

• Leading and Training a Team
• Organizing Workflows
• Maintenance of green spaces, including lawn mowing
• Tree and Shrub Care – Trimming Hedges
• Creating Sophisticated Plantings
• Documenting Your Team's Work – Filling Out Daily Reports and Other Reports 

requirements

• Training as a gardener, ideally in gardening and landscaping | Or: Several years of experience in the gardening and landscaping field
• Car driver's license
• Experience operating machinery—lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, and ride-on mowers
