We are seeking you as an Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) for our international client in the pharmaceutical industry, based in Waldems, for a direct hire position.

Tasks

• Processing Incoming Invoices
• Processing Travel Expenses
• Daily Posting of Bank Accounts
• Reconciling OPOS and General Ledger Accounts for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements
• Participation in projects within the scope of responsibilities

requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on accounting/finance
• Initial professional experience in accounting or a strong willingness to learn
• Careful, structured and reliable way of working
• Good with numbers, a team player, and able to work under pressure
• Confident use of MS Office; experience with accounting software is an advantage
