On behalf of a well-known client from Düsseldorf, we are looking for a B2B Inside Sales Employee with home office option in Düsseldorf (m/f/x).

Your area of responsibility:
- Independent support of exclusively existing customers in outbound via telephone
- Expansion and maintenance of an existing customer base through personal advice and support (single point of contact)
- Creation of individual offers and their follow-up until successful completion
- Adjusting tariffs and contracts and updating contract documents
- Responsibility for the entire sales cycle, including follow-up and documentation of customer calls
What you bring with you:
- Enjoy professional outbound sales in the telecommunications sector
- Professional experience of at least 1.5 years in telephone sales - ideally in a B2B environment
- Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and a high level of quality awareness
- Independent and autonomous way of working as well as a strong customer orientation
- No knowledge of English necessary
- No completed training necessary
