Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for handling the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
  • You will independently manage time management using SAP (maintaining time accounts, making corrections, checking and processing vacation and absence requests)
  • You create certificates and evaluations
  • You support your colleagues in the preparation of monthly payroll accounting
  • You will be involved in day-to-day operations and applicant management

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have successfully completed further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
  • You have several years of experience in personnel work, ideally in time management or personnel administration
  • You have a sound knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office and SAP round off your profile
  • You are characterized by a responsible and structured way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork and strong communication skills
