Your tasks:

• As a personnel consultant (m/f/d), you will plan and schedule the assignments of our external employees
• You are responsible for conducting contract negotiations, preparing offers and contract documents
• You look after our existing customers and acquire new customers by telephone or on site
• You work closely with colleagues from the Recruiting department

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training
• Ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience in the personnel services industry
• You are characterized by a strong understanding of service and experience in sales
• Reliability, empathy and business acumen round off your profile
