Your tasks:

• You look after our existing customers and acquire new customers by telephone or on site
• Als Personalberater begleiten Sie die Ihnen anvertrauten Mitarbeiter aus dem gewerblich-technischen Bereich
• You are responsible for conducting contract negotiations, preparing offers and contract documents
• You present our company to customers on site
• Als Personalberater planen und disponieren Sie die Einsätze unserer externen Mitarbeiter
• You work closely with colleagues from the Recruiting department

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training
• Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung als Personalberater oder im Personalwesen sammeln
• As a motivated career changer, you enjoy working with people and are happy to take on new challenges
• You are characterized by a strong understanding of service and experience in sales
