Your tasks:

• The establishment of a network with educational institutions, schools and cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency
• You conduct job interviews, draw up contracts and prepare employees for their assignment with the customer
• As part of our team, you will manage the entire application process for our candidates - from the job advertisement to the hiring of new employees
• You recruit new employees via social media and are responsible for direct contact
• You acquire new customers and look after existing customers

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial or industrial environment
• Experience within the recruitment industry is essential
• You are characterized by strong communication skills, creativity and empathy
• You are a team player and work closely with your colleagues
• Thanks to your independent and structured way of working, you keep a cool head even in stressful situations
