Your tasks:
- As part of our team, you will oversee the entire application process - from job advertisements to the recruitment of new employees in the industrial-technical field
- You design specialist job advertisements and manage their placement on the various portals and social media platforms
- You support the selection of applicants and conduct initial telephone and face-to-face interviews with applicants
- You support the sales department in creating profiles and offers
- You find and contact new talent via networks, social media platforms and databases (active sourcing & direct approach)
Your profile:
- Completed training in a commercial environment
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in the personnel services industry
