Your tasks:
- As part of our team, you will oversee the entire application process - from the job advertisement to the recruitment of new employees
- You design specialist job advertisements and manage their placement on the various portals and social media platforms
- You support the selection of applicants and conduct initial telephone and face-to-face interviews with applicants
- You support the sales department in creating profiles and offers
- You find and contact new talent via networks, social media platforms and databases (active sourcing & direct approach)

- Completed training in a commercial environment
- Excellent communication and rhetorical skills
