Your tasks:

• You look after our existing customers and acquire new customers by telephone or on site
• Als Personalberater (m/w/d) führen Sie Vorstellungsgespräche und begleiten die Ihnen anvertrauten Bewerber und Mitarbeiter 
• You are responsible for conducting contract negotiations, preparing offers and contract documents
• You present our company to customers on site
• As a personnel consultant (m/f/d), you will plan and schedule the assignments of our external employees
• You work closely with colleagues from the Recruiting department

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training
• Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience as a personnel consultant (m/f/d) or in human resources management
• As a motivated career changer, you enjoy working with people and are happy to take on new challenges
• You are characterized by a strong understanding of service and experience in sales
