Your tasks:
- Implementation of applicant management and recruitment of qualified personnel
- Accompanying and managing the employees entrusted to you
- Support for our existing customers and acquisition of new customers
- Creation and management of contract documents and master data maintenance
- Presentation and placement of suitable candidates with our clients
- Planning and managing the deployment of our external employees
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial or technical/industrial sector
- Freunde am Vertrieb und souveräner Umgang mit Kunden
- Independent and structured way of working, even in stressful situations
- Career changers are very welcome
- Confident handling of the common MS Office package
