Your tasks:

• Sie akquirieren Neukunden telefonisch oder vor Ort
• As a personnel consultant (m/f/d), you will accompany the employees entrusted to you 
• You are responsible for conducting contract negotiations, preparing offers and contract documents
• You present our company to customers on site
• As a personnel consultant (m/f/d), you will plan and schedule the assignments of our external employees
• You work closely with colleagues from the Recruiting department

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training
• Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience as a personnel consultant (m/f/d) or in human resources management
• Sie haben Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen und stellen sich gerne neuen Herausforderungen
• You are characterized by a strong understanding of service and experience in sales
