Your tasks:
- Als Teil unseres Teams betreuen Sie den kompletten Bewerbungsprozess – Von der Stellenausschreibung bis hin zur Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter
- You design specialist job advertisements and manage their placement on the various portals and social media platforms
- You support the selection of applicants and conduct initial telephone and face-to-face interviews with applicants
- You support the sales department in creating profiles and offers
- You find and contact new talent via networks, social media platforms and databases (active sourcing & direct approach)
Your profile:
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting oder der gewerblichen Personaldienstleistungsbranche
- Sehr gute ukrainische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Good knowledge of German
- Active, committed and decisive personality
- Enjoy working with people and have a healthy dose of humor
