Your tasks:

• Active and sustainable development of a network of relevant HR decision-makers and managers in the region
• Filling vacancies across our entire service portfolio (focus on direct placement and temporary employment)
• Identification and recruitment of qualified specialists/executives using the latest (active) sourcing methods
• Conducting contract negotiations, preparing offers and contract documents
• Supervision and management of external employees (m/f/d)
• Acquiring and winning attractive potential customers and optimizing marketing and sales strategies

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a course of study
• Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in the (commercial) personnel services industry 
• Sie haben Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und stellen sich gerne neuen Herausforderungen
• You have a strong sales, service-oriented and open personality
