Job description

We are looking for you as an employee (m/f/d) for local transport dispatch for a well-known customer in Rodgau.

Tasks

• You are responsible for receiving and handing over freight documents to our drivers.
• Check and correct shipment data carefully; you will also create loading lists, roll cards, and barcode labels.
• You will be in close contact with drivers, the transshipment department, the service team, and other internal interfaces.
• You retrieve input data via remote access, while you also send the output data via remote access.

requirements

• Ideally, you will have experience in the field of service, freight forwarding, or general cargo logistics.
• You are confident in using MS Office and quickly familiarize yourself with new programs and systems.
• You are characterized by resilience, initiative, and good self-organization.
• You are a flexible, strong communicator and team player with a confident manner.
