We are currently looking for an industrial clerk (gn) or freight forwarding clerk (gn) for a global corporation in the chemical industry at our Kleinostheim location on a temporary basis.

Tasks
- Scheduling of shipping service providers (air, sea, road, CEP, rail)
- Organization of incoming and outgoing freight
- Preparation of freight and export documents as well as invoicing Cooperation with interfaces (sales / purchasing / production / accounting / IT, etc.) Correspondence with freight forwarders regarding orders
- Processing freight inquiries and transport damage claims
- Support in complaint management
requirements
- Completed training as an industrial or freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in the field of transportation and logistics is an advantage
- Further training in shipping processing, hazardous goods handling, and foreign trade desirable
- German and English, spoken and written
- MS Office, SAP R/3, and SAP GTS
