Tasks
- Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Kundenanfragen und Bestellungen
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Vertragsunterlagen
- Koordination der Liefertermine und Verfolgung der Auftragsabwicklung
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im CRM-System
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst und anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung
requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch sind wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Bereich Materialwirtschaft und Logistik von Vorteil
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Anpassung an neue Prozesse
