Job description

 

We are looking for a dedicated Service Clerk (m/f/d) for our renowned customer to start as soon as possible, who will support the team and further improve customer service.

  • Creation of service invoices after technician visits
  • Customer service
  • Phone support
  • Technician scheduling and scheduling for field service
  • Quotation preparation

requirements

  • Technical or commercial training
  • Expertise in telephone consulting
  • IT skills
  • Technical aptitude and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Knowledge of English desirable
  • Training as a medical device consultant (can be done internally)
