Tasks

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Responding to customer inquiries and handling customer complaints
  • Management of orders, timely order processing via the ERP system, including customer-specific master data maintenance
  • Support for the order-to-cash process (e.g., forecasting)
  • Developing solutions for customer requirements
  • Suggestions for improvement with regard to the work process
  • Registration/filing/archiving of customer-related documents
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales and supply chain
  • Compliance with applicable GLT guidelines and processes

requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in administrative tasks and working with MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Independent, structured approach to work and good organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • High degree of accuracy and sense of responsibility
