Tasks
- First point of contact for customers
- Responding to customer inquiries and handling customer complaints
- Management of orders, timely order processing via the ERP system, including customer-specific master data maintenance
- Support for the order-to-cash process (e.g., forecasting)
- Developing solutions for customer requirements
- Suggestions for improvement with regard to the work process
- Registration/filing/archiving of customer-related documents
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales and supply chain
- Compliance with applicable GLT guidelines and processes
requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Experience in administrative tasks and working with MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Independent, structured approach to work and good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High degree of accuracy and sense of responsibility
