Tasks

  • Execution of operational procurement and scheduling of materials and services
  • Obtaining quotes and conducting price negotiations with suppliers
  • Monitoring of delivery dates, order confirmations, and stock levels
  • Maintenance and updating of supplier and material master data
  • Preparation of evaluations, statistics, and reports
  • Support with inventories and stock checks
  • Handling complaints in cooperation with quality management and suppliers
  • Collaboration on projects – e.g., sustainability, supplier development, and digitalization

requirements

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in administrative work or a strong willingness to learn
  • Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work
  • Team player, communicative, and able to work under pressure
  • Confident use of MS Office: Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
