Tasks
- Execution of operational procurement and scheduling of materials and services
- Obtaining quotes and conducting price negotiations with suppliers
- Monitoring of delivery dates, order confirmations, and stock levels
- Maintenance and updating of supplier and material master data
- Preparation of evaluations, statistics, and reports
- Support with inventories and stock checks
- Handling complaints in cooperation with quality management and suppliers
- Collaboration on projects – e.g., sustainability, supplier development, and digitalization
requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in administrative work or a strong willingness to learn
- Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work
- Team player, communicative, and able to work under pressure
- Confident use of MS Office: Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
