Tasks

  • Responsibility for ensuring that the promotion process runs smoothly 
  • Complaints processing / SAP workflow 
  • Interface function to specialist departments (sales, logistics, finance) 
  • Customer support at trade fairs 
  • Responsibility and execution of written and telephone correspondence 
  • Ensuring smooth order processing (OTC) 
  • Recording and tracking of goods reservations 
  • Ensuring the correct customer master data 
  • Condition and price maintenance in SAP 
  • Provision of article and image data (Excel/customer portals) 

requirements

  • Completed commercial training 
  • Professional experience in customer service in the B2B sector 
  • Good SAP/R3 SD knowledge 
  • Good knowledge of Excel 
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills 
  • Good knowledge of English
