Tasks
- General office organization, including handling mail and emails
- Telephone and written correspondence with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Preparation of quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents
- Scheduling and coordination, as well as preparation of meetings
- Maintenance and administration of databases and files, as well as support in the organization of projects
requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally as an office administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented personality
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
