Tasks
- Operational & strategic management - Assisted living & outpatient service
- Design, further development & control of processes
- Ensuring the satisfaction, individual care & advice of our clients
- Personnel management & ensuring service quality
- Always keep an eye on the figures! - Efficient duty & route planning, monthly billing
- Cooperation with external partners, e.g., doctors, authorities
- Cooperation with the central company interfaces
requirements
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (health & nursing staff or geriatric nurses)
- Management-related further training of at least 460 hours according to §71 SGB XI
- Required: First professional experience as a manager in outpatient care
- You keep the overview & navigate your team - structured leadership is your strength!
- Class B driver's license
