Tasks
- Implementation and monitoring of nursing measures in accordance with nursing standards and guidelines
- Creation and updating of care plans and documentation of care services
- Supporting and assisting patients with daily activities and medical treatments
- Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Instruction and support of nursing assistants and interns in daily nursing operations
requirements
- Completed training as a nursing professional (registered nurse or geriatric nurse)
- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Willingness to work shifts
