Tasks
- Selbständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und -Aufträgen
- Auftragsabwicklung von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
- Unterstützung bei der Zollabwicklung
- Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben, Mitarbeit an Projekten
requirements
- Vocational training in the commercial sector
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Erfahrung bei der Arbeit mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenmotivation
- Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Organisationstalent
