Tasks

• Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, Rechnungen und Kundenanfragen
• Pflege von Stammdaten und Ablagesystemen
• Creation of reports and evaluations
• Support for internal processes and projects
• Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern

requirements

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Initial experience in administrative work or a strong willingness to learn
• Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work
• Team player, communicative, and able to work under pressure
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office: Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
