Job description

On behalf of a well-known client in the Hamburg region, we are looking for you as an Import/Export Clerk (m/f/d).

Tasks

  • Document processing in international import and export business
  • Control and monitoring of pickup and delivery dates
  • Invoice verification and approval
  • All-encompassing correspondence
  • Recording and maintenance of order data

requirements

  • Completed commercial training (freight forwarding agent, wholesale and foreign trade agent, or comparable qualification)
  • Initial professional experience as an import/export clerk desirable
  • Confident use of common IT systems
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (Navision) is an advantage
  • Good English skills required, additional foreign language desirable
