Assistant to the deputy production manager (m/f/d)

Job description

On behalf of a leading company, we are looking for an Assistant to the Deputy Production Manager (m/f/d) for the Bad Kreuznach site to support the Deputy Production Manager.

In this versatile position, you will play a key role in the organization and optimization of production processes and provide important support for the entire team.

The position is a direct placement with the client.

Tasks

• Participation in the implementation of continuous improvements to production processes to increase quality, efficiency and productivity
• Creation and maintenance of key production figures, reports and evaluations
• Coordination of appointments, meetings and internal coordination
• Further development and motivation of the teams
• Development and implementation of employee training

requirements

• Commercial training with technical understanding or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in lean management, KV, 5S as well as store floor and production controlling is an advantage
• Preparation of profitability assessments and decision papers as well as continuous further development of key production figures and reporting structures for transparent control
• Strong analytical thinking, high affinity for numbers and good understanding of processes
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team and communication skills,
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
