Tasks

•  Processing of ongoing accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
•  Checking, assigning, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
•  Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of open items
•  Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
•  Preparation of financial reports
•  Support with internal and external audits

requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training and initial professional experience in accounting 
• Extensive professional experience in financial accounting with a specialization in accounts receivable and accounts payable management, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Knowledge of dunning and enforcement procedures
• Confident use of accounting software and MS Office
• SAP knowledge an advantage
• Knowledge of Loga and payroll accounting is an advantage
• Good numerical skills and a structured and meticulous approach to work
• Ability to work in a team and reliability
