We are looking for a property manager (m/f/d) for our client, a family-run group in Bad Homburg, through direct placement.

Tasks

  • Rental management for commercial, residential, and special-purpose properties
  • Rental contract management
  • Processing and settling service charges
  • Awarding contracts to tradesmen and monitoring service providers
  • Correspondence with tenants and companies
  • Creating advertisements for various real estate portals
  • Accompanying apartment viewings and inspections
  • Support for operational administrative management
  • Interface to accounting

requirements

  • Several years of professional experience as a property manager (m/f/d)
  • Successfully completed training as a real estate agent or comparable commercial training desirable
  • Experience in service charge accounting
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Independent, careful and structured way of working, with a high level of customer and service orientation
  • Hands-on approach, solution-oriented, team player
