Tasks
- Processing customer inquiries and orders, as well as communicating with customers by phone and in writing
- Preparation of quotations, order confirmations and invoices
- Coordination and tracking of orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintenance and updating of customer database and files
- Supporting the sales team in planning and implementing sales strategies and measures
requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally in sales, trade, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in internal sales or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Confident use of MS Office, CRM systems, and ideally ERP software
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and a solution-oriented approach to work
