Tasks

• After extensive training, as a real estate agent (m/f/d), you will answer customer inquiries about real estate management software by phone and email.
• Once you are familiar with all the software tools, you will also be responsible for training customers: online, at our premises in Halle (Saale), and , if you wish, on site at the customer's premises.
• When it comes to support and training, it is important that customers are looked after by experienced real estate agents: you can not only guide them through the program, but also share background knowledge and specialist topics with customers.
• You will also assist in providing articles for the Help Center and the manual so that customers can quickly find the solution they are looking for.

requirements

• You have completed commercial training as a real estate agent (m/f/d), a degree in real estate management, or many years of professional experience in this industry.
• You are familiar with rental management, in particular with the preparation of operating cost statements and accounting.
• You enjoy interacting with customers, have a confident manner, and excellent communication skills.
• You have a command of the German language, both spoken and written (C2).
• Initial professional experience in real estate management in Halle (Saale) and basic knowledge of condominium management are a plus.
