Tasks

• Selbständige Durchführung der laufenden Tätigkeiten in der Finanzbuchhaltung (Haupt- und Nebenbuch)
• Termingerechtes Erledigen der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Compliance with tax laws and regulations, and acting as a competent contact person for colleagues, customers, and suppliers
• Active support in the further development of internal processes

requirements

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung 
• Ideally, further training in accounting or taxation
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
• Good knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems, e.g., Nevaris construction software
• Experience in the construction industry an advantage
