Tasks

  • Management and maintenance of real estate data in database systems
  • Preparation and processing of rental and purchase agreements asa clerk (m/f/d)
  • Correspondence with tenants, owners, and service providers
  • Organization and supervision of maintenance and repair work
  • Support with tenant acquisition and management at the Hohenmölsen site

requirements

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience as a clerk (m/f/d) in real estate or facility management is desirable.
  • Confident use of MS Office and possibly some initial experience with real estate management software
  • German language spoken and written (C1)
  • Own car recommended for traveling to the workplace in Hohenmölsen
