Tasks
- Management and maintenance of real estate data in database systems
- Preparation and processing of rental and purchase agreements asa clerk (m/f/d)
- Correspondence with tenants, owners, and service providers
- Organization and supervision of maintenance and repair work
- Support with tenant acquisition and management at the Hohenmölsen site
requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience as a clerk (m/f/d) in real estate or facility management is desirable.
- Confident use of MS Office and possibly some initial experience with real estate management software
- German language spoken and written (C1)
- Own car recommended for traveling to the workplace in Hohenmölsen
