Tasks
- Timely and independent preparation of monthly payroll accounting for a defined client base with national and international relevance
- Advising clients on all billing-related issues
- Implementation of the notification, reporting, and certification system
- Correspondence with social security agencies, health insurance companies, and authorities
- Compiling personnel statistics
requirements
- Completed commercial training with at least 3 years of solid and independent experience in payroll
- Experience in payroll accounting with DATEV in an international environment desirable
- Knowledge of payroll accounting systems such as DATEV and/or SAP, as well as very good MS Office skills
- Experience in creating evaluations, statistics, and process control, as well as qualitative and quantitative reporting
- Reliability, open-mindedness, ability to work in a team, and customer-oriented approach to work
- Very good written and spoken English skills
