Tasks

• Timely and independent preparation of monthly payroll accounting for a defined client base with national and international relevance
• Advising clients on all billing-related issues
• Implementation of the notification, reporting, and certification system
• Correspondence with social security agencies, health insurance companies, and authorities
• Compiling personnel statistics

requirements

• Completed commercial training with at least 3 years of solid and independent experience in payroll
• Experience in payroll accounting with DATEV in an international environment desirable
• Knowledge of payroll accounting systems such as DATEV and/or SAP, as well as very good MS Office skills
• Experience in creating evaluations, statistics, and process control, as well as qualitative and quantitative reporting
• Reliability, open-mindedness, ability to work in a team, and customer-oriented approach to work
• Very good written and spoken English skills
