Tasks
- Creation and processing of quotations, orders, and purchase orders
- Monitoring and control of merchandise management and logistics processes
- Participation in the planning and implementation of projects
- Supporting the finance department with invoicing and auditing
- Preparation of reports and evaluations for management
requirements
- Completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of materials management, sales, and accounting
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
- Independent, structured approach to work and strong aptitude for numbers
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and organizational skills
