We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our client in Dreieich to strengthen customer relationships and optimize operational processes.

Tasks
- Internal and external interface function for sales projects, from briefing to delivery
- Daily customer communication and support for renowned FMCG customers
- Price negotiations with customers
- Planning and implementation of customer briefings in collaboration with development and production
- project documentation
- Data maintenance in our ERP system, in particular project creation and quotation preparation
- Participation in sales and target price calculations as well as sales planning
- Creating the CPS (Critical Path Schedule)
- Point of contact for the customer throughout the entire project
- Preparing meetings and presentations for customers and internal departments
- Responsibility for the approval process vis-à-vis the customer and production
- Production support for ongoing productions
- Budget and contribution margin responsibility for own projects and strategic market development
- Review and monitoring of dates and deadlines
requirements
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
- Initial experience in a comparable position in the project business is necessary, preferably in the field of trade fair construction, shopfitting, or in the plastics or metalworking industry.
- Strong customer focus
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- You have a strong ability to organize and coordinate processes.
- You possess above-average commitment, team spirit, and flexibility.
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Confident use of common MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems
