Tasks

• Processing customer inquiries and orders, as well as communicating with customers by phone and in writing
• Preparation of quotations, order confirmations and invoices
• Coordination and tracking of orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Maintenance and updating of customer database and files
• Supporting the sales team in planning and implementing sales strategies and measures

requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally in sales, trade, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in internal sales or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Confident use of MS Office, CRM systems, and ideally ERP software
• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and a solution-oriented approach to work
