Tasks
- Independent preparation of payroll accounting, taking into account the relevant tax and social security regulations
- Processing and monitoring of ongoing business transactions, accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as monthly and annual financial statements
- Responsibility for executing payments and monitoring incoming payments
- Checking and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
- Support in preparing business analyses and monthly reports
- Contact person for tax advisors, tax authorities, and social security agencies
- Maintenance and administration of personnel and financial data
requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of payroll and financial accounting
- Confident use of common accounting software (e.g., DATEV, SAP, or comparable programs)
- Knowledge of tax and social security law
- Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Independent and structured approach to work and a strong affinity for numbers
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
