Tasks
- Begleitung reibungsloser Lieferantenwechsel im Energiemarkt (GPKE/GeliGas)
- Schnittstellenmanagement und Stammdatenpflege
- Abwicklung von Einspeiserprozessen sowie Bilanzkreisabrechnung
- Kundenkommunikation und Kundenbetreuung
- Testen neuer Features und aktive Mitgestaltung von Weiterentwicklungen
requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Energiewirtschaft
- Gute Kenntnisse mit DV-Systemen und modernen Kommunikationsmedien
- Fachkenntnisse der gültigen gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen (z.B. EnWG, Strom- und GasGVV, GPKE, GeLiGas)
- Knowledge of the respective tariff and contract constructs
- Gute und sichere Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift, sowie kundenorientiertes Verhalten
