On behalf of a renowned client in the Frankfurt am Main region, we are looking for you as a social worker (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Beratung und Unterstützung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in sozialen, finanziellen und rechtlichen Angelegenheiten
• Development and implementation of individual support and assistance plans
• Crisis intervention and support in difficult life situations
• Collaboration with other professionals and institutions (e.g., youth welfare offices, schools, health services)
• Documentation of case work and regular evaluation of progress

requirements

• Completed degree in social work, social pedagogy, or comparable qualification
• Practical experience working with socially disadvantaged groups
• High empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to act in stressful situations
• Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinarity when collaborating with other professionals
• Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility when handling individual cases
