Tasks
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Pflege von Kindern und Jugendlichen im Alter von 1 bis 12 Jahren in verschiedenen sozialen Einrichtungen
- Supporting children and young people in everyday activities and promotional measures
- Help with organizing leisure activities
- Support in creating and documenting individual support plans
- Communication with parents, professionals, and other supporting institutions
requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Sozialassistenten (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with people
- Team-oriented approach to work and high resilience
- Willingness to engage in further training and personal development
- Structured, independent, and responsible approach to work
