Tasks

• Further Development and Implementation of the Digitalization Strategy for the Sustainable Optimization of Business Processes
• Identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-driven solutions to support the new e-mobility business unit as well as existing business processes
• Analysis and optimization of internal processes with the goal of unlocking efficiency gains through digitization and automation
• Management and coordination of digitization and IT projects in close collaboration with internal departments and external development partners
• Close coordination with the accounting department and other business units when implementing new digital processes and payment methods
• Coordinating programmers and IT service providers, as well as overseeing the technical implementation of new solutions
• Development and adoption of digital standards, as well as support for departments in implementing new technologies

requirements

• A successfully completed degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on digitalization, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in project management, digital transformation, or process management
• Initial practical experience in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies in a corporate setting
• An understanding of business processes and an interest in topics such as e-mobility and digital business models
• Experience in managing external IT service providers or software development projects is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a passion for cross-functional collaboration
• Native-level proficiency in German and confidence using standard Microsoft Office applications
