Tasks
- Organization and Coordination of On-Site Waste Disposal
- Monitoring cleanliness in the warehouse and on the company premises
- Conducting regular inspections and documenting any abnormalities
- Cleaning and Maintenance of Storage and Traffic Areas
- Coordination of waste management service providers and scheduling of pickups
- Assistance with minor maintenance tasks
- Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations
requirements
- Previous experience in waste management, logistics, facility management, or building maintenance is a plus
- Craftsmanship and technical understanding
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Physical stamina and a passion for hands-on work
- Good knowledge of German
- Willingness to work in a 2- to 3-shift system after successful training
- A forklift operator's license is a plus, but not required
