We are currently seeking a hotel specialist / hotel employee (m/f/d) to support the team for our client in the hospitality industry.

Your responsibilities will cover various areas of hotel operations—from welcoming and assisting guests to providing room service and cleaning and maintaining the hotel rooms.

Tasks

• Reception and Assistance for Hotel Guests
• Check-in and Check-out
• Processing Reservations and Guest Requests
• Contact person for guests with questions or concerns
• Communication with guests by phone and in person
• Providing Room Service
• Preparing and Cleaning Guest Rooms
• Cleaning and Maintenance of Hotel Rooms and Restroom Areas
• Changing Bed Linens and Towels
• Replenishing Supplies
• Checking rooms for cleanliness and completeness
• Assistance with general hotel operations
• Compliance with Hygiene and Quality Standards

requirements

• Completion of a hotel management program or a comparable qualification is a plus
• Work experience in a hotel, at the front desk, in housekeeping, or in customer service is preferred
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Service and Guest Focus
• Reliable and careful way of working
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Good knowledge of German
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
